Resolution Setting 2024 Meeting Dates

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Hope, County of Warren, New Jersey that the regular monthly meetings will be held the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 P.M., at the Hope Township Municipal Building located at 407 Hope-Great Meadows Road, Hope Township, New Jersey, unless otherwise noted. 

BE IT RESOLVED that the following meeting dates are set:

                         March 7, 2024                                                 August 1, 2024

                        April 4, 2024                                                   September 5, 2024

                        May 2, 2024                                                    October 3, 2024

                        June 6, 2024                                                    November 7, 2024

                        July 11, 2024*- CANCELLED                       December 5, 2024

                                                                                                **January 2025 t/b/d

                         *Not first Thursday due to 4th of July holiday

                        **date to be determined based upon Township Committee reorganization

 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that formal action may be taken by the Board at said meetings and executive sessions may be called when appropriate to do so. 

 The Board Secretary is directed to post this schedule on the township bulletin board and mail same to the NJ Herald and the Express Times-NJ Zone Edition, which are designated as the official newspapers for publication of legal notices for the Board pursuant to Section 3(d) of the “Open Public meetings Act (C.231.P.L. 1975).

 Notice is hereby given that the foregoing Resolution was adopted by the Hope Township Zoning Board of Adjustment at the monthly meeting on March 7, 2024.
